In 2008 Luke Simmons and Max Goh founded LSA Consultants, a niche consultancy specialising in organisational resilience standards. With a holistic approach to designing, implementing and maintaining compliant Management Systems LSA adds value to our customers bottom line results.
From the beginning LSA has understood that its consultants are its most important attribute. This is why our team is a specialist group of multi-disciplined subject matter experts.
Founder & Director
Luke is the Co-Founder of LSA Consultants and has provided organisation resilience expertise to multiple companies in Australia, Dubai, Europe and the United Kingdom for over 22 years. His work with multiple major International events as an expert in security, safety, crisis management and business continuity has helped to deliver host city and Government obligations securely and consistently. Luke has an Australian Police background and holds a degree in Management and Leadership.
Managing Director & Co-Founder
As the Managing Director and Co-founder of LSA for the last 14 years, Max leads a team of senior consultants advising MNCs and SMEs on resilience standards and security risk management. Previously, Max was the first Chief Security Officer globally to attain the Supply Chain Security Standard ISO 28000 in the Logistics Industry. He sits on the SPRING National Working Group on Supply Chain Security as an advisor on security matters. Max holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia and a Master in Security Management from the Edith Cowan University. Max is TUV SUD PSB accredited Expert Singapore Certified Management Consultant for resilience standards.
Client Relation Manager
Lily brings over 10 years’ experience to the LSA team, having provided client relations support to MNCs and SMEs in Singapore. Building and maintaining relationships is her strength which is based on mutual trust and exceeding client expectations.
Geony is a Senior Consultant responsible for Information Security, Anti-Bribery, Business Continuity and Supply Chain Security. He has advised MNCs and SMEs on resilience related standards as well as security risk management in order to prioritise, reduce and mitigate identified risks to core business functions, revenue and operations. Over the past 8 years, Geony has implemented the successful compliance and certification of more than 35 different companies from various business sectors including Information Technology, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Chemical, Transportation, Logistics and Maritime industries across the Asia Pacific Region.
Terry brings to the LSA team a wealth of knowledge in the IT sector. With over 20 years experience in internal audit, strategic planning, implementing digital transformation initiatives as well as managing end to end delivery and operations in mobile telecommunications and IT. Holding the distinction of being appointed as the Transformation Leader for Advanced Info Services (AIS) Thailand for providing technical consultancy support to facilitate the best practices in the areas of information security, digital transformation, organisational planning, governance and operational planning. Terry's contribution to LSA's client base has been invaluable, driving the implementation and successful compliance to numerous companies/organisations to reach and/or maintain certification in Information Security.
Compliance Advisor & Trainer
Bala is the compliance advisor and trainer for LSA providing expertise to our clients for Anti-Bribery Management system. His extensive experience as the Ethics and Compliance Director for a regional MNC provides an experts skill base to ensure our clients are compliant with standard whilst providing a unique training perspective. Bala sat on the technical committee for ISO 19600 standard on Compliance Management Systems and is a founding member of the Singapore network of compliance practitioners.
Project Officer & Accounts Manager
Specialising in Project Management for over 20 years, Michelle has lent her skills to successfully delivering multiple major international events across the globe. Michelle has been a part of LSA since its inception in 2008 managing the financial accounts and corporate branding.
